RISCON’s purpose and aims were written in research notes from March 2025 on, and they have changed many times. They still change almost daily.

리스콘의 취지와 목적은 2025년 3월부터 쓴 연구 노트에 담겨 있고, 그동안 여러 번 바뀌었습니다. 지금도 거의 날마다 달라집니다.

So the charter’s rule — a judgment must be revisable and carry its as-of date — applies to RISCON’s own definition. We keep when and what changed, and hold ideas not yet adopted apart, as questions under review.

그래서 판단은 나중에 고칠 수 있어야 하고 기준 시점이 붙는다는 헌장의 원칙을 리스콘 자신의 정의에도 적용합니다. 언제 무엇이 바뀌었는지 남기고, 아직 채택하지 않은 생각은 검토 중인 질문으로 따로 둡니다.
